SBS - Back to School Emo Release - Preview Day 2

Woohoo!!!!  Preview day two of the Back to School Emos is here!!!  Remember, you have a chance to win all six of these emos!  Check out Betty's site for details.

For preview day two I am giving you a peek at Betty and London.  These gals are sweet and sassy and ready to rock the school year!  Click any of the images to enlarge.

Here is Betty.   She is focused and excited because she is on her way to art class.  I can't say she'd look this thrilled if she were on her way to math class!  Dullsville!  She has her paint brushes and water can in hand ready to get crafty.  Don't you just adore her bat stockings?  Too cute!  I kept the card simple, using DCWV "grade school" mat stack and colored Betty in with Copic markers.  I left the card plain so I can tailor it to any occasion that comes up.

Next on the attendance roster is London.

I couldn't get the lighting right on this one so sorry about any yellow glare.  Note to self, get new light bulbs.

London is dressed to impress for her first day back.  She is styling in her mini skirt, sweater, and skully accessories.  I think she is more excited about seeing her friends than being in class though.  At least she brought an apple for the teacher!  Perhaps it's a little bribe to distract from the fact she brought her pet along for the day?  Is that why she's winking?   Perhaps she's winking at a cute boy?  You decide.

London is colored with copic markers and mounted on DCWV "grade school" mat stack.  I cut out one of the apples from the cardstock and placed it to look as though she is holding it.  I didn't do anything too fancy with this card.  I figured that London was sassy enough on her own.  She didn't need any help to look cool!

I hope you've enjoyed what you've seen.  Be sure to check out the other previews, made by the SBS DT.  You can see the previews on Betty's page or click the links below to see what the girls have come up with.

Don't forget!  The release and blog hop for these images is Sunday the 15th!
