Info about the stamps:

Smeared Ink designs are deep etch rubber stamps made from natural gum rubber.  They can be safely used with any type of crafting ink.  Their versatility gives you fabulous stamping on a wide variety of papers, fabrics, metal, glass, clay, and velvet. The possibilities are endless. We press our stamps through Picture My Stamp, a leading rubber stamp manufacturer that surpasses industry standards on product quality.

We offer unmounted, untrimmed rubber stamp sheets that are durable and versatile. You can use the rubber as-is after trimming, or add your own cling mount or mounting foam before or after trimming. We do not offer mounting options, but there are several very good online sources for cling mount and standard mounting cushion.

Other Smeared Goodness:
Smeared and Smudged also has their own ning group.  Here's the link: http://smearedandsmudged.ning.com/.  The ning group offers followers a chance to network, learn new techniques, participate in challenges, and share their artwork.  It is a diverse group that is truly supportive of artistic expression.   Dark Art and Fantasy lovers can find a home here.  Design styles range from sassy to funny to macabre.  All projects are welcome including altered items, mixed media, scrapbook pages, digital art, cards, etc.  The only requirement is that a stamp, rubber or digital, be used in the artwork.  The ladies and gents in this group rock!
